Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process the refund within 2-3 business days.

However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may choose to return the product in accordance with our return policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as [Bags torn by customer are non-returnable items] are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@stitchandcarry.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
